✔ Avoid Smoking and Alcohol: Stay away from substances that delay healing for at least 48 hours.
✔ Avoid Hot, Hard, and Spicy Foods: Consume soft and lukewarm foods for the first few days.
✔ Maintain Oral Hygiene: Brush gently, avoiding trauma to the extraction area.
